Located in the Eastern Black Sea Region of Turkey, this hotel is a true gem. the rooms are clean and spacious, with the added bonus of a jacuzzi in the bathroom. the staff are helpful and the hotel is situated close to the junction of the Black Sea and the road leading to Artvin and Kars.
Communication with the staff can be a challenge as they don't speak English fluently.

Liked the spacious rooms, complete with a jacuzzi in the bathroom. The size and comfort of the rooms was a pleasant surprise. The hotel's location near the Black Sea and major roads made it convenient for exploring nearby cities. , the staff was helpful and accommodating.
Disliked the poor communication with the staff before, during, and after our stay. No English was spoken, which made it difficult to resolve any issues.

The hotel offered huge and airy rooms with a pleasant surprise - a jacuzzi in the bathroom. the staff was helpful and friendly. the location was perfect for exploring nearby Artvan and Kars.
The surroundings didn't inspire much exploration, but that wasn't a major issue as the hotel served its purpose as a comfortable place to sleep and relax. the lighting in the rooms could be improved to create a more welcoming atmosphere.
